How do I order?
First decide if you want to receive the meals as lunches, or as dinners.
Add the meals to your cart, and go to checkout.
If you want to have the meals delivered the following week, make sure your order is in by 10am on Thursday.
Orders for Monday - Saturday must be ordered by 10am on Thursday.
Any orders taken after this time will be for the next delivery cycle.
What if I don't want one of the meals?
If you don't want any particular meal, you can receive 2 of any other meal to be delivered on the same day.
For example, if you don't fancy the Tuesday option, you can have 2 Monday's. Or if you don't like Thursday, you can have 2 Wednesday's or Friday's.
Just send us an email (email@example.com) to let us know before 10am Thursday.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver either to your home or office. Check the map on our delivery page to see if your area is covered. Or flick us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
When do you deliver?
We deliver every week on Monday's and Wednesday's. On Monday we will deliver 2 meals for Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, you will receive 3 or 4 meals, for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The time of your delivery will depend on location, but it will be sometime between 7.00 am and 6 pm. If you order the meals as lunches, they will be delivered first, before 1 pm.
What happens if I'm not home?
When you place your order, please leave detailed instructions of where you would like your order to be delivered and where it is to be left if you're not available.
If we're delivering to your office, please let any front desk staff know that we're coming to avoid any unnecessary delays.
It is your responsibility to make sure that that the meals can be delivered. We will not re-deliver if we're unable to access the property, or unable to leave the meals.
Please note that once delivery has been made, we don't take any responsibility for lost or stolen boxes.
How is the food packaged?
Your meals will be delivered in bio cane containers which you can pop straight into the microwave to re-heat (unless it's a salad). Where there is a dressing, we will usually store this in a separate small container so that you can add as much, or as little as you like.
Your package of meals will be left in a small cooler box and each customer will be allocated two of these. You will receive your first one on Monday of your first week of delivery. On Wednesday, we will deliver a second box containing the remaining food. At this time we will collect the first box, which you'll receive again the following Monday.
Repeat this process each week.
What happens on public holidays?
We still work on public holidays, but if we're delivering to your office instead of your home, you can choose to change your delivery location, or receive your food on Tuesday instead.
